About Halong Bay Kitchen (HBK)

Hey there! Let me tell you about Halong Bay Kitchen (HBK) - a small family business that dreams big! We started in 2020 with the goal of providing fresh, healthy, and authentic Southeast Asian food using quality ingredients. But just as we signed the contract, COVID hit the world, and we faced a tough challenge building and opening HBK during the pandemic. However, with perseverance and support from family and friends, we managed to open a business that we are all proud of. Food is an essential part of our family memories, and we want to share our passion for it with like-minded people. My food journey has led me to run a successful family restaurant, train as a Cordon Bleu chef, work as a private chef for exclusive clientele, and now, HBK. At present, we are offering DINE - delicious set meals every Friday for collection. We change the menu every week, so you can enjoy restaurant-quality food in the comfort of your own home!
